Students may NOT be enrolled in any other publicly funded program (Homeschool Enrichment, K-12 Public School or Charter School).

Students who attend the Homeschool Enrichment Program are registered as homeschoolers by a Notice of Intent to Homeschool, taught by a parent who is a certified teacher or is enrolled with an independent (non-public) school such as Shiloh Christian Academy

Students must attend a minimum of 90 hours of direct instruction from Legacy-Shiloh HSE each semester with a 95% attendance rate.

Students must be enrolled and in attendance by October 1st

A student must be at least 5 years of age by October 1st
